Claiming a vendor listing
Lensi is gradually rolling out a vendor directory. Where this feature is enabled, you can claim an existing listing that represents your shop.
When this applies
The claiming flow described here is available only when the vendor directory feature is turned on for your environment. If you do not see the directory or claims pages, the feature may not yet be live on your deployment.
Starting a claim
From the vendor portal, open the claims page at /vendor/claims. There you can search for your shop by name and location.
- Choose the listing that best matches your business.
- Provide any supporting links or documents requested, such as a website or a photo of your signage.
Review and outcomes
Claims do not auto-approve: an administrator reviews each request and may accept, reject, or request more information. You can see the status of your claims on the same page.
- Approved: the listing becomes linked to your vendor account and may use your verified status.
- Rejected: you will see a short note where possible; you can still submit prices via the vendor portal.
- Pending: the team has not finished reviewing yet. You can continue using the portal, but the listing may still appear as unclaimed publicly.
If you cannot find your shop
If there is no listing for your shop, you can still use the vendor portal to submit prices. Over time, Lensi may add more public directory features and ways to create listings directly.
